Kirstyn Smotherman from the Macon County Health Department will be providing a program for preschoolers to encourage healthy life habits. Topics to be covered will include: eating fruits and vegetables, trying new foods, sugary drinks and how they effect your teeth, 'My Healthy Plate', Eating the Rainbow, Dental Hygiene, Being Physically Active, and Body appreciation. This program will be once a month at 10a.m. for thirty minutes.
