Wellness Wisdom with Vaya Health: Overview of Mental Health

Join us for Wellness Wisdom on the second Wednesday of each month, May through October, for a program in partnership with Vaya Health. Each month a different mental health topic is covered. Topics are geared towards older adults, but may be of interest to any adult. These events are free; registration is required.
